California Congresswoman Katie Hill has resigned her post after admitting that she had a relationship with a staffer during her campaign. Though she denies many of the allegations levied against her, she did admit, “I know that even a consensual relationship with a subordinate is inappropriate, but I still allowed it to happen despite my better judgment. For that, I apologize.” This is a reminder that the doors of sexual misbehavior can swing both ways. This is as true in business as in politics.
