In the #MeToo world, most companies are worried about the behavior of their employees. If a valued employee engages in sexual harassment or abuse, the consequences can be dire. An even bigger conundrum than what to do when your star employee is accused of misconduct is what to do when one of your high-dollar clients is misbehaving.
