In the wake of the #MeToo movement (which has consistently involved politicians from both parties at the local, state, and national levels), approximately half of our nation’s state legislatures have enacted new policies, typically mandating more training to prevent instances of sexual harassment. Business Integrity feels these efforts are not enough; efforts must also be made to change the organizational culture found in statehouses. However, we applaud these efforts, however cursory.
